Rudy Gersten graduated from the University of Maryland in 2000, majoring in Government and Politics with a minor in Criminology and Criminal Justice. He began working for the Center for Equal Opportunity in the summers of ’98 and ’99, and joined CEO full-time in February of 2001. From 2001 to 2007, Rudy Gersten served as Director of Operations in charge of CEO accounting and office management. In January 2008, he was promoted to Executive Director.
